Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative with proven experience in SEO or digital marketing sales. This is a high-impact role focused on driving new business through outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and research target companies within key industries
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP criteria
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline generated)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting
  • Experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environments
