We support developers, investors, and asset owners across the full project lifecycle—from manufacturing and procurement to construction and operation—helping ensure performance, reliability, and long-term value of renewable energy assets worldwide.
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to drive growth across Eastern Europe, supporting Intertek CEA’s mission to accelerate the deployment of solar and energy storage solutions across the EMEA region.
This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role where you will own territory development, lead strategic deals, and represent Intertek CEA at the industry level. You will play a key role in achieving annual bookings, revenue, and profitability targets, while strengthening our position in the European solar market.
Drive Sales & Business Growth
- Own and deliver on annual sales targets (bookings and revenue) for the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts
- Lead deal negotiations, contract development, and closing activities
- Cross-sell Intertek CEA’s full portfolio of services to existing clients
- Contribute to company-wide growth and profitability initiatives
Build Strong Client Relationships
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor within the solar and storage ecosystem
- Collaborate internally to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Expand the client base across the territory in line with growth objectives
Represent the Intertek Brand
- Act as a visible ambassador of Intertek CEA across Eastern Europe
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and events
- Ensure consistency and quality in brand messaging across all channels
- Provide market insights and feedback to support strategic positioning
Support Marketing & Market Intelligence
- Adapt messaging to local markets and cultural contexts
- Share field insights to support future campaigns and go-to-market strategies
- Contribute ideas to strengthen Intertek CEA’s competitive positioning
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar
- Solid experience in business development or sales within the renewable energy sector
- Good technical understanding of PV and BESS
- Established network with IPPs, Developers, and EPCs
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel across the region
