Location: South Africa (Fully remote)

Type: Long Term - Contractor

Hours: Monday to Friday ( 1am - 9am SAST)

Salary: R19 000 - R21 000 per month ( Based on Experience )

Reporting to: Director

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team remotely from South Africa. The role involves managing and nurturing leads, guiding prospective clients through the sales funnel, and showcasing how their solutions can drive business growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage and nurture a consistent pipeline of leads.
  • Qualify inbound enquiries and outbound prospects against the ideal customer profile.
  • Engage with potential clients through various channels like calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify key business challenges and articulate solutions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system for a seamless sales process.
  • Work closely with the senior team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospects.
  • Monitor personal KPIs and report on activity volume and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and running structured sales cadences.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral, professional accent.
  • Strong commercial acumen and CRM proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
