This is an entrepreneurial, "full-stack" sales role where you will own the entire lifecycle - from identifying high-potential publishers to negotiating and closing global deals.</p> <p>You will be a key driver in integrating the joint product suites of our newly combined company, focusing on <strong>NA and APAC markets</strong>. This role is perfect for a self-motivated "hunter" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the challenge of building new processes in a post-merger landscape.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>End-to-End Sales Ownership:</strong> Manage the full sales lifecycle for inbound and outbound leads - from qualification and prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding.</li> <li><strong>Drive Growth via Up/Cross-Selling:</strong> Champion the combined Teads/Outbrain product suite to maximize value for both new and existing publisher partners.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Hunting:</strong> Proactively identify and engage "Mid-tail" publishers, using a data-driven approach to uncover new market opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Process Innovation:</strong> Partner with Marketing and MIS teams to design and implement scalable sales workflows tailored to our new organizational structure.</li> <li><strong>Pitch &amp; Negotiate:</strong> Deliver compelling, consultative presentations to C-level stakeholders, managing commercial terms and contract closures.</li> <li><strong>Market Analysis:</strong> Utilize web analytics and market intelligence to refine outreach strategies and stay ahead of Ad-Tech trends.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Ad-Tech Experience:</strong> 1–3 years of proven sales experience within the Ad-Tech/Digital Media ecosystem.</li> <li><strong>Full-Cycle Independence:</strong> Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales funnel autonomously (prospecting through closing) without BDR/SDR support.</li> <li><strong>AI &amp; Automation Mastery:</strong> Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Clay) and CRM automation to scale personalized outreach and optimize the sales funnel.</li> <li><strong>Market Expertise:</strong> Prior experience managing sales cycles within <strong>NA and APAC</strong> markets is highly preferred.</li> <li><strong>Technical Literacy:</strong> Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data via Excel/Google Sheets and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SimilarWeb).</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Fluent English with elite written and verbal communication skills; ability to customize messaging based on region and industry.</li> <li><strong>Tools:</strong> Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach).</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of programmatic and native advertising ecosystems.</li> <li>Background in B2B SaaS or technical product sales.</li> <li>Multilingual capabilities.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>We care about you&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Parking reimbursement</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Expand your toolbox with our mentorship program and internal learning tools</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pet friendly office</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Happy hours&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">…and of course a fully stocked kitchen!</span></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Please submit your CV in English.</strong></h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Life at Teads</strong></p> <p>Our company culture is welcoming, dynamic, diverse, global, and built on top performance.</p> <p>Teads is an equal employment opportunity employer and committed to diversity and inclusion at all stages of recruitment and employment.</p> <p>Our team is made up of individuals who are approachable, resourceful, passionate, and proactive.
