<p>As a Business Development Representative, you'll be a key player in helping our company grow. Your role involves building relationships and explaining how our tech solutions can make a real difference. <h3>Responsibilities -</h3>

<li>Work closely with our tech, design, and leadership teams to create solutions that match what our customers need.</li>
<li>Chat with potential customers, understand their business challenges, and explain how Pump can make their lives easier and save them money.</li>
<li>Outbound through various channels including email, cold call, LinkedIn, etc.</li>
<li>Show why our tech is valuable, whether you're talking to tech experts or those new to it all.</li>
<li>Understand our product roadmap and make sure our solutions align with what our clients are looking for.</li>
<li>Keep strong ties with key customers. Be the bridge between customers and our teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications -</h3>

<li>Educational and early career success.</li>
<li>Clear communication skills: Speak and write clearly.</li>
<li>This would be a fast-paced job. Things might change, and tech is always evolving.</li>
<li>Work well with different teams. Communicate with engineering, product, and others to ensure customers are happy.</li>
