<p>Business Development Specialist - Orlando, FL</p>
<p><strong>Base: $70-75K + uncapped commissions, Estimated first year OTE: $120-$145K </strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>Under the guidance of management, devise and execute a sales and marketing strategy aimed at effectively promoting and selling services to foster the growth and expansion of the designated territory.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct sales calls, deliver presentations, engage in trade shows, and participate in professional networks to enhance awareness of our services and ensure direct client follow-up.</li>
<li>Assist in national marketing endeavors to raise awareness of our services' value and provide insights into key influences within the territory.</li>
<li>Articulate the advantages of our services to end-users and other significant decision-makers.</li>
<li>Establish, sustain, and nurture an opportunity pipeline in the company's CRM system to support future territory revenue objectives.</li>
<li>Regularly update and manage the company CRM with ongoing sales activities.</li>
<li>Manage sales and expense budgets for the territory to ensure profitability.</li>
<li>Attain specified revenue and project margin goals within the designated area.</li>
<li>Achieve targeted sales and marketing activities as recorded in the company CRM.</li>
<li>Complete sales metrics reports according to company protocols.</li>
<li>Implement national sales promotions or initiatives within the territory.</li>
<li>Expand the client base and boost sales revenue.</li>
<li>Cultivate and maintain strong local relationships with existing and potential clients.</li>
<li>Estimate, quote, and finalize business deals to meet revenue and sales targets in the assigned territory.</li>
<li><strong>Daily local travel requirements in the Greater Orlando area</strong></li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Five or more years of direct business-to-business sales or solutions sales experience.</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of successful sales and marketing initiatives (not reliant solely on provided leads or appointment responses).</li>
<li>Strong organizational, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in sales techniques, sales education, and multitasking.</li>
<li>Ability to plan and schedule sales activities using CRM software.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel at short notice.</li>
