This role is based in <strong>our London office</strong>, but requires deep local knowledge of the <strong>German-speaking markets</strong>.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Your primary mandate will be to hunt for new logos and aggressively expand our footprint within historically under-penetrated accounts across the DACH region. This is a pure growth role for a sophisticated sales professional who understands the unique regulatory, cultural, and corporate landscapes of German-speaking enterprises.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>DACH Territory Hunting &amp; Logo Acquisition</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Own and execute a strategic growth plan to identify, qualify, and close high-value new logos across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Run the entire sales cycle in German, from cold outreach and initial discovery to technical demonstration, negotiation, and contract execution.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Effectively articulate Symphony's complex security, data sovereignty, and compliance value propositions to C-suite and senior stakeholders.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Account Penetration &amp; Expansion</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Identify existing, under-penetrated DACH accounts and strategically map out divisions, subsidiaries, or regions to scale them into large-scale, enterprise-wide agreements.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Navigate localized corporate structures (including working closely and diplomatically with local Works Councils/<em>Betriebsrat</em> where applicable).</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Pipeline &amp; Ecosystem Management</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Leverage your local network to build a strong pipeline of advocates, partners, and prospects.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Maintain a highly accurate sales pipeline within CRM, consistently forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Experience &amp; Skills</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">7+ years of Enterprise Software/SaaS sales experience, with a documented track record of carrying and exceeding an individual quota (ideally €1M+ / CHF 1M+ ARR).</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Native or bilingual fluency in German, with excellent professional English.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">A True Hunter Mindset: A proven history of securing new business logos from scratch, rather than managing established, mature accounts.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Deep Local Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of business etiquette, buying behaviors, and the corporate landscape in Germany and Switzerland.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Complex Deal Navigation: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving local IT, InfoSec, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement teams.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Preferred</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Vertical Expertise: Deep, existing relationships and experience selling technology solutions directly into the German/Swiss Wealth Management, Private Banking, and/or Insurance sectors.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Understanding of European financial compliance regulations (e.g., BaFin guidelines, FINMA regulations, MiFID II, and GDPR).</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Compensation:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Salary Range: £100,000 - 120,000 base salary per year</li> <li>Sales Commission Plan</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Benefits and Perks:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Regional specific competitive benefits</li> <li>Build your own Benefits (BYOB) perk</li> <li>Local events, team building, and development opportunities&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
