Working closely with the BD team and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will help analyze partner performance, conduct market research, and assist in maintaining strong relationships with operators and local stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, collaborate, and gain hands‑on exposure to the Greek transport market.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators and other relevant stakeholders to expand Flix's presence in Greece </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and profitability </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decisions </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with internal teams, including Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy execution </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyze and optimize partner performance using data-driven insights, collaborating with internal teams to adjust network strategy and maximize profitability </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a Flix ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetings, enhancing brand visibility and credibility </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Readiness to dive into the Transport law and regulations in Greece, as well as availability to travel to Greece for in-person meetings<br></span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><strong><span style="font-size: 24pt;">About You</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, International Relations, Tourism, Transport or a related field</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluency in Greek and English is mandatory</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in an externally facing role (business development, sales, account management, or strategic roles, preferably with experience prospecting) is desirable but not mandatory </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Full of ambition, not afraid of rapid change, and able to deal with ambiguity </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical abilities, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in data-driven decision-making and capable of building strong relationships with various types of companies and stakeholders </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously to achieve ambitious targets&nbsp;<br></span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
