We are seeking a highly driven Business Growth Manager with a strong background in scaling SaaS products or working within high-growth startup environments. This role is critical in driving our product growth strategy, expanding market reach, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

CloudCommerce is an all-in-one e-commerce solution designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Asia that want to expand their business across borders. Our platform offers a range of tools and services, including end-to-end global e-commerce & logistics (Fastship.co), e-commerce fulfillment, e-commerce solutions, and an Influencer marketing campaign platform. Our goal is to help SMEs grow their e-commerce business by providing the ecosystem they need in one convenient place.
What You Will Handle
- Work directly with the CEO to develop and drive customer acquisition and business growth strategies across CloudCommerce’s products and ecosystem
- Oversee and align 3 core growth functions: Business Development (Growth), Sales, and Performance Marketing to maximize new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies to expand customer base and increase market penetration
- Lead, manage, and coach Business Growth Owners to achieve measurable sales and growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisition channels to drive scalable growth
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to define target segments and growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to improve customer acquisition funnels and conversion performance
- Monitor growth KPIs, sales pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, and overall business performance to continuously optimize growth strategies
What you have
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS products or experience in high-growth startup environments
- Experience in SaaS, B2B Software or platform-based businesses is a must. Preferably in e-commerce related business
- Strong expertise in growth strategy, go-to-market execution, and revenue generation
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, with strong coaching and performance management skills
- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrate a high level of being self-motivated, self learner, growth mindset, and teamwork.
- Able to communicate effectively both in Thai and English
