Business Intelligence Tribe Lead

As a business intelligence (BI) tribe lead, you will be part of Nemeon's core management team. Your daily tasks will be a mix of (1) data architect work, (2) technical troubleshooting, (3) team management and (4) development of Nemeon's BI activities. A list of tasks (non-exhaustive): 

1. You are in charge of a small team (currently 6) of data analysts with the ambition to grow this team. You work closely with the managing partner & operations lead. 

2. You help the managing partner with pre-sales activities (especially from a technical perspective). 

3. You are responsible for upskilling new hires. 

4. You enjoy the mix of managerial and technical tasks. 

5. You can deal with ambiguity but are keen to bring structure. 

As you will be the one in charge of a growing team, the ideal candidate holds a mix of both technical and managerial skills. Important: this is a position that requires to be on-site for up to three days a week. 

1. You hold at least a Bachelor degree in a relevant domain such as computer science (other domains welcome too). 

2. You have at least 5 years of experience in a data engineering role.

3. You are familiar with these technologies: Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python

4. You enjoy taking the lead and you harbor an entrepreneurial mindset. 

5. You don't mind talking to customers. 

6. As this is a managerial role, you need to speak English and (fluently) - any other language is an asset.

7. You hold a driver's license (B)
