About the Role:
You’ll be the operational right hand to the CEO and Business Operations Manager, helping ensure our infrastructure—including people, office operations, compliance, and finance—is solid, efficient, and scalable. We’re looking for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on: able to design a process, run it, track it, and improve it over time. You’ll report directly to the Founder and CEO, with broad exposure across the company and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do:
HR & People Operations: Manage external recruiters and create a positive candidate experience. Onboard new employees and liaise with counsel to build sustainable hiring practices. Own and improve internal hiring processes and tools. Help employees answer day-to-day HR questions and build a positive workplace culture.
Finance & Accounting: Help Business Operations Manager manage day-to-day expense tracking, bill payments, and financial record-keeping and help implement simple, effective finance systems. Support investor relations and fund-raising efforts.
Office & Administrative Operations: Oversee the smooth running of both physical and virtual office environments—managing vendors, facilities, IT/telecom services, and plan quarterly company off sites. This role will involve company-wide coordination and light executive support.

Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human resources, or a related field (or have equivalent experience).
Are tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.) and AI-fluent. We all love to vibe-code!
Strong Candidates May Have:
Experience supporting early-stage startups, especially in creative or media-technology environments.
Familiarity with operational tools such as Mercury, Rippling, Deel.
Know-how with common AI tools (e.x. Claude, Claude Code, Codex)
Background in operations, business administration, finance or HR.
Excellent written communication and documentation habits.
Enjoy working with creative teams building creative products—able to balance structure with flexibility.
