We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Unlock Growth &amp; Scale:</strong> Analyze, strategize, and execute on the key operational problems and opportunities our business faces.</li> <li><strong>Design Efficient Processes:</strong> Design and implement operational processes that increase our capacity to service customers.</li> <li><strong>Drive Revenue &amp; Margin:</strong> Creatively identify new opportunities to generate increased revenue or margin, and seamlessly operationalize these opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Navigate Stakeholder Needs:</strong> Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, building seamless workflows that maintain a high level of satisfaction for all parties engaged.</li> <li><strong>Automate Insights:</strong> Produce and refine weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting to keep leadership aligned on our expansion strategy, building reliable data pipelines to keep it running smoothly.</li> </ul> <h2>&nbsp;</h2> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a similar role focused on growth, process design, and data-driven execution.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> BS in a STEM discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics) or a business degree with a heavy analytical focus.</li> <li><strong>Creative Problem-Solving:</strong> A sharp, first-principles thinker who can look at a messy operational bottleneck and engineer a clever, structured solution.</li> <li><strong>Communication &amp; Influence:</strong> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
