Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: You will take the lead in developing and executing a comprehensive strategic plan meticulously aligned with White Swan Data's overarching business goals. As the Business Operations Lead, you will be responsible for crafting and executing business roadmaps that span specific projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• End-to-End Leadership: You will orchestrate the allocation of resources and oversee the complete project development lifecycle, from ideation to product launch.
• Collaborative Facilitator: You will work closely with our diverse teams, including engineering, business, data science, and trading, to foster cooperation and synergy, enabling the prioritisation and timely delivery of projects.
• Market Analysis Expertise: Your role will involve constant monitoring of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.
• Transparent Reporting: You will be responsible for sharing our strategic plans and project progress through regular performance and financial reporting, ensuring our stakeholders, particularly senior management, are well-informed.
• Data-Driven Performance Optimisation: You will define and track essential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that serve as barometers of project success and impact.
• Proactive Risk Management: Identifying potential roadblocks and devising effective mitigation strategies will be your forte.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Proven experience in business operations or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Strong background in data analytics and working knowledge of the Sports betting industry (or strong desire to learn).
• A passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies while seeking continuous improvement.
