About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative duties to site personnel to a consistently high standard.
- Manage and facilitate reception services maintaining a high standard when answering telephone calls and dealing with visitors.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping throughout the “front office” area and stationery cupboard.
- Facilitate meeting room bookings and organise PPE for visitors
- Manage the mail handling system
- Manage office services ensuring cost effective procurement of courier, stationery, and catering services is achieved in a timely manner.
- Assist in the collating and the development of management reports

Minimum Requirements
- GCSE grades 9-4 including Maths & English (or equivalent)
- Experience in a general Administration role, ideally gained within a busy office or reception environment. Advanced typing skills.
- Confident in using Microsoft Word and other packages to produce professional documents and letters.
- Experience of producing reports
- Able to prioritise own workload.
- Confident in communicating with others, in person, by email & phone
