About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative duties to site personnel to a consistently high standard.  
  • Manage and facilitate reception services maintaining a high standard when answering telephone calls and dealing with visitors.  
  • Ensure high standards of housekeeping throughout the “front office” area and stationery cupboard. 
  • Facilitate meeting room bookings and organise PPE for visitors
  • Manage the mail handling system
  • Manage office services ensuring cost effective procurement of courier, stationery, and catering services is achieved in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the collating and the development of management reports

Minimum Requirements

  • GCSE grades 9-4 including Maths & English (or equivalent)  
  • Experience in a general Administration role, ideally gained within a busy office or reception environment. Advanced typing skills.  
  • Confident in using Microsoft Word and other packages to produce professional documents and letters.  
  • Experience of producing reports
  • Able to prioritise own workload.  
  • Confident in communicating with others, in person, by email & phone
