<p><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">As a Business Strategy & Automation Specialist within BEES Care, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our customer support experience across global Markets. Acting as the bridge between Customer Experience, Product, and Technology teams, you will identify opportunities to improve support processes, drive automation initiatives, and help define solutions that enhance customer experience while increasing operational efficiency.<br>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through data, collaborating across multiple stakeholders, and transforming operational insights into scalable product and automation initiatives. You will contribute to BEES Care's strategic roadmap by helping prioritize opportunities, defining business cases, measuring impact, and supporting the evolution of AI and automation capabilities across customer support.</span></p>

<ul>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">Partner with Product, Technology, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">Analyze customer support journeys to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">Build business cases supported by data and customer insights to prioritize initiatives.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">Translate business needs into clear requirements for Product and Technology teams.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">Participate in product discovery activities, contributing with operational knowledge and customer support expertise.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">Support the definition and execution of BEES Care's strategic roadmap and priorities.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics to measure business impact.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">Analyze operational and customer data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">Validate proposed automation and AI solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and customer needs.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">Document processes, business requirements, and strategic initiatives in a structured and organized manner.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase scalability, service quality, and operational efficiency.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">Collaborate with global stakeholders and support strategic initiatives across global Markets.<br></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"><strong><span data-contrast="auto">We are looking for people with:</span></strong> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related fields.</li>
<li>Advanced English (written and spoken).</li>
<li>Experience working with customer support, customer operations, service management, or customer experience processes.</li>
<li>Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams to define business requirements and drive improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.</li>
<li>Experience defining and monitoring KPIs, OKRs, and business performance metrics.</li>
<li>Experience building business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Knowledge of process automation concepts and customer service operations.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organization and documentation skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Intermediate <em>SQL</em>.</li>
<li>Understanding of AI applications and automation within customer support environments.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of systems architecture and integrations.</li>
<li>Experience participating in product discovery activities.</li>
<li>Spanish is a plus.</li>
<li>Availability to travel internationally up to twice per year.</li>
