Business Strategy & Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Business Strategy & Operations Specialist for an important software company located in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

• Design and standardize end-to-end GTM processes (lead flow, opportunity management, renewals, expansion), including clear roles, handoffs, and SLAs.

• Define and maintain GTM policies and operating standards (pipeline hygiene, stage criteria, attribution).

• Build and own core GTM metrics and reporting to surface risks, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.

• Translate business requirements into CRM and tooling changes, partnering with technology teams on prioritization, delivery, and rollout.

• Identify execution gaps through data and stakeholder feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within software companies.

• Fluent English (C1 or native level), both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in another European language is a plus.

• Strong understanding of business strategy and go-to-market frameworks.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong business-facing mindset.

• Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and interpretation.
