<p><span data-contrast="auto">This pivotal role is responsible for leading the development, integration, and modernization of internal tools that support data center project delivery. The Business Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and supporting all enterprise business systems used across Professional Services. This role ensures that all systems operate efficiently, integrate properly, and support Align’s strategic goals. </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Document current-state and future-state workflows.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Translate operational needs into system configurations or enhancements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Write functional requirement documents (FRDs) and user stories.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Validate data accuracy and reporting logic.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct root cause analysis on system or process issues.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">2. The Business Systems Manager leads internal system initiatives from planning through implementation. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
