For more information, visit&nbsp;<u><a href="http://wpp.com/" data-outlook-id="2714312b-312f-4651-9f88-d8a4e47547bc">WPP.com</a></u>.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>The opportunity</h3> <p>Data&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;AI&nbsp;are increasingly central to how organisations transform their business, operate at scale and compete in their markets.</p> <p>Within our <strong>Business Transformation and Consulting practice</strong>, we are strengthening our capability in <strong>Data&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;AI</strong>&nbsp;to support complex, end-to-end transformation programmes across UK and EMEA.</p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Manager</strong>&nbsp;with strong experience in <strong>data-led business transformation</strong>&nbsp;to play a key leadership role across client delivery, commercial activity and capability development, working closely with senior leadership.</p> <p><strong>Your Role</strong></p> <p>As Senior Manager – Data Strategy &amp; AI Transformation, you will:</p> <p><strong>Business Transformation &amp; Client Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define enterprise data strategies aligned to business growth objectives.</li> <li>Define data product models and governance frameworks, in colaboration with Data Architects.</li> <li>Translate strategic ambition into phased, executable roadmaps (i.e. Semantic Layers, Unified Customer ID, NBAs and decisioning engines, advanced segmentation...)</li> <li>Integrate Data &amp; AI into broader transformation programmes (marketing transformation, CRM modernisation, digital reinvention, operating model redesign) with a clear business impact approach</li> <li>Define how AI (including GenAI and agentic systems) can be embedded into workflows, decisioning and activation.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Commercial &amp; Consulting Contribution&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>You will actively contribute to account growth and proposition development, positioning Data &amp; AI as strategic enablers of enterprise transformation.</p> <ul> <li>Shaping the Data &amp; AI components of: <ul> <li>Transformation roadmaps</li> <li>Proposals and RFP responses</li> <li>Executive value cases and investment narratives</li> </ul> </li> <li>Connecting data foundations to measurable business outcomes (ie: personalisation at scale, commercial acceleration, intelligent automation...)</li> <li>Collaborating with Marketing, CX, Commerce and Technology leaders to deliver integrated propositions.</li> <li>Identifying expansion opportunities through data&nbsp;evolution and new AI-enabled use cases.</li> </ul> <h3>Team &amp; Capability Development</h3> <ul> <li>Mentor and develop Data&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;AI&nbsp;consultants and managers.</li> <li>Help evolve methodologies, assets and ways of working.</li> <li>Support recruitment and development of high-quality talent.</li> <li>Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability and impact.</li> </ul> <h3>Innovation &amp; Thought Leadership</h3> <ul> <li>Stay current on AI, GenAI and advanced analytics&nbsp;trends.</li> <li>Translate innovation into practical, enterprise-ready use cases.</li> <li>Contribute to internal and external thought leadership where appropriate.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p> <p>You are a senior consulting leader with deep data expertise, strong business acumen and the ability to operate confidently across strategy, data&nbsp;and transformation delivery.</p> <p>You combine executive credibility, technical fluency and commercial impact orientation.</p> <p>You likely bring:</p> <ul> <li>8–12+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics transformation or technology consulting within complex enterprise environments.</li> <li>Proven experience leading data-led transformation programmes, not isolated use cases.</li> <li>Strong exposure to enterprise data platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce Data Cloud or equivalent).</li> <li>Experience integrating data platforms in the&nbsp;marketing and CRM ecosystems (CDP, automation platforms, analytics and activation tools).</li> <li>Demonstrated experience embedding Data &amp; AI into broader transformation initiatives (digital, CRM, operating model, customer experience).</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span class="normaltextrun"><span lang="EN-GB"><span lang="EN-GB">We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
