<p data-start="214" data-end="525">We’re looking for a senior, consultative commercial leader with deep Salesforce experience to accelerate and scale our Salesforce-related growth in the UK. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping demand, strengthening our position in the Salesforce ecosystem and driving complex, high-value opportunities.</p>
<p data-start="527" data-end="806">This is <strong data-start="535" data-end="542">not</strong> a traditional software sales role. It’s for someone with a consulting mindset who understands large-scale transformation, can navigate complex client environments and feels comfortable operating between clients, Salesforce teams and global delivery organisations.</p>
<p data-start="808" data-end="950">You’ll play a visible role in expanding our Salesforce footprint—contributing both to near-term opportunities and longer-term growth strategy.</p>

<p data-start="987" data-end="1076">Leading the development and growth of Salesforce-related opportunities in the UK market</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1079" data-end="1179">Building strong, trusted relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, RVPs and Industry Leads</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1180" data-end="1294">
<p data-start="1182" data-end="1294">Originating and shaping opportunities through thought leadership, points of view and content-led conversations</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1295" data-end="1431">
<p data-start="1297" data-end="1431">Engaging senior client stakeholders in strategic discussions around customer experience, data, AI and operating model transformation</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1432" data-end="1511">
<p data-start="1434" data-end="1511">Contributing to account strategies across a focused set of priority clients</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1512" data-end="1615">
<p data-start="1514" data-end="1615">Working closely with global and nearshore delivery teams to shape compelling, scalable propositions</p>

<p data-start="1618" data-end="1723">Acting as a visible and credible Salesforce specialist, both externally in the UK market and internally</p>

<h2 data-start="1730" data-end="1758"><strong data-start="1733" data-end="1758">What we want from you</strong></h2>
<ul data-start="1759" data-end="2606">
<li data-start="1759" data-end="1850">
<p data-start="1761" data-end="1850">10–15+ years’ experience in consulting, advisory or transformation-led commercial roles</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1851" data-end="2024">
<p data-start="1853" data-end="2024">Background equivalent to Senior Manager or early Managing Director level in a leading consulting or systems integration firm (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey Digital)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2025" data-end="2118">
<p data-start="2027" data-end="2118">Strong understanding of Salesforce-enabled transformation (Core CRM, Marketing, Data, AI)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2119" data-end="2202">
<p data-start="2121" data-end="2202">Proven ability to sell and shape complex, multi-cloud transformation programmes</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2203" data-end="2283">
<p data-start="2205" data-end="2283">Trusted advisor profile with senior client stakeholders and Salesforce teams</p>

<p data-start="2286" data-end="2358">Commercially minded, results-oriented and comfortable taking ownership</p>
