About the role

We are looking for a Business Transformation Specialist to join our team and support transformation initiatives, business process optimisation, and operational improvement projects. The role acts as a bridge between business and technology teams, combining business analysis, process reengineering, project coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities to support scalable and value-driven transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support cross-functional transformation and operational improvement initiatives
  • Analyse current business operations, workflows, and technology-enabled processes
  • Conduct business process mapping, analysis, and reengineering activities
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, governance gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Assess business requirements against operational feasibility and strategic priorities
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement gathering sessions
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements and implementation roadmaps
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, and status updates
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, technology teams, and external stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement and organisational alignment initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Business Analysis, PMO, Operational Excellence, or Project Management environments
  • Strong experience in business process analysis and process optimisation
  • Experience supporting or managing transformation initiatives within complex organisations
  • Strong understanding of business operations, governance, and technology-enabled transformation
  • Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively across business and technology domains
  • Experience with business process mapping and process documentation methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Power BI
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
