Main Responsibilities

• Provide highly personalized and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs with precision, discretion, and grace.
• Deliver exceptional butler service, ensuring all villas are maintained in pristine condition at all times.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy, reflecting the core values of the Aman brand.
• Anticipate guest preferences by observing, engaging, and reviewing guest profiles to deliver personalized service.
• Maintain all villas through regular inspections, detailed cleaning, and continuous upkeep to ensure luxury standards are met.
• Prepare villas prior to guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup, and availability of all amenities and supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, coordinating with the team and other departments when necessary.
• Ensure careful handling of all equipment and materials to minimize damage and waste.
• Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training to stay aligned with service standards.
• Maintain clear communication with the supervisor and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Report maintenance issues, damages or irregularities within the villa promptly.
• Conduct post-departure inspections and inventory checks to ensure all items are accounted.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training in hospitality is preferred.
• Previous experience in butler service in a luxury hotel or resort is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a luxury environment.
