<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Primary Responsibility: </strong>This position is responsible for the procurement of production materials and services, non-production materials and services, consumable tooling, and capital equipment. Responsible for supplier quality and acts as intermediary between supplier and plant for quality related items.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for purchasing materials and supplies used in manufacturing.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for supplier selection, cost, and delivery schedules.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for supplier development initiatives focused on improving delivery performance, reducing cost, and improving quality.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for staying apprised of technology updates and recent trends within industry.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Facilitates supplier led training with cross-functional departments to improve overall supply chain knowledge.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Epicor experience or similar ERP</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field strongly preferred</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
