We’re looking for a Buyer who can take ownership of brands and categories, and help lift how we buy, merchandise, and scale.


The Role

You’ll be responsible for ensuring we have the right products, presented the right way, at the right time.

This role connects:

  1. Buying & inventory
  2. Product & merchandising
  3. Marketing & content
  4. Supplier relationships

You won’t just manage stock - you’ll improve how it performs.


Key Responsibilities

Buying & Inventory

  1. Source and range the right products across brands
  2. Place and manage orders aligned with demand and sell-through
  3. Monitor stock levels and proactively manage gaps and risks

Merchandising & Product Performance

  1. Create and optimise product listings for conversion
  2. Maintain high standards across product data and presentation
  3. Continuously improve product pages (Kaizen mindset)

Brand & Category Management

  1. Keep ranges fresh, accurate, and competitive
  2. Maintain clean category structures
  3. Take ownership of brand performance on-site

Campaign & Content Support

  1. Provide product insights for marketing campaigns (EDMs, ads, social)
  2. Contribute to written and video content where needed

Supplier & Team Collaboration

  1. Build strong supplier relationships
  2. Work closely with buying, content, and marketing teams
  3. Communicate clearly around stock, opportunities, and issues


What We’re Looking For

  1. High attention to detail - you notice what others miss
  2. Strong organisational skills - you can handle volume without dropping standards
  3. Confident working across systems (Excel, eCommerce platforms, etc.)
  4. Understanding of consumer behaviour, product presentation, and marketing
  5. Proactive mindset - you take ownership and act
  6. Strong communication skills - internally and externally

eCommerce or buying experience is helpful, but attitude and performance matter more.
