<p></p> <h2><strong>As a C&amp;B Senior Executive, you'll&nbsp;focus on managing end-to-end compensation and benefits activities, including payroll, tax, social insurance, and labor compliance. This position requires overseeing HR systems, handling government reporting, and addressing employee salary queries with a strong customer service mindset</strong></h2> <h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2> <p></p> <ul> <li>Operate, review and overall manage all C&amp;B activities in payroll, PIT, SHUI, company health insurance, labor<br>contracts, annual evaluation program, policies, procedures, benefits, timesheets, annual health checks, internal<br>&amp; external labor reports... for all employees;</li> <li>Overall management HR information (Filling, updating, managing employee profile) on all HR systems, master<br>database and storage;</li> <li>Assist in implementing and administering C&amp;B programs;</li> <li>Be in charge of annual working plan, labor cost, accrual planning, employee relation, etc.</li> <li>Keep updated Labor Law, PIT law, Insurance law and HR practices in Vietnam;</li> <li>Ensure that the C&amp;B operations remain compliant with the current labor legislation; collect legal documents<br>and advise the management on the change of relevant regulations when necessary.</li> <li>Personal documents: support for relevant documents such as Work Permit, Passport, Visa, Resident Card,<br>Family information, etc.</li> <li>Make the accuracy reports for submitting on time to government authorities including regular reports (PIT,<br>headcounts....)</li> <li>Handle all internal &amp; external reports for HR audit purpose and co-work with internal audit team &amp; government<br>authorities when necessary;</li> <li>Handle employee queries related to salary with a high customer service mindset.</li> <li>Perform other tasks on Line Managers’ assignment.</li> </ul> <p></p> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <p></p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.</li> <li>Proficiency in Vietnamese &amp; English</li> <li>Minimum 03 years of experience in the same position and experience in Digital Marketing Company/ Agency is a plus.</li> <li>Minimum 03 years of working experience in social insurance with 150 - 200 Vietnamese headcount.</li> <li>Tasks &amp; time management skills, proactive attitude, and details orientation are must.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Experience with HRIS softwares and systems</li> <li>Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Words) and Google Tools (Sheet, Docs)</li> <li>Good communication and presentation skills.</li> </ul> <p></p> <h2><strong>Why You'll Love It</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary</li> <li>Performance Review (2 times per year)</li> <li>Performance Bonus</li> <li>Annual Leave: 15 days and 8 paid sick leaves</li> <li>Private Health Insurance</li> <li>TGIF, monthly birthday, and other fun events</li> <li>MacBook to be provided</li> <li>Good chance to explore new trends in the digital market</li> <li>Opportunity to learn and work with the most advanced advertising technology platforms</li> <li>Work in a professional, active, international, and dynamic environment</li> </ul> <p></p>
