Experience Level: Senior (Level 3) — High level of experience from several similar assignments and projects. Capable of working independently and leading small groups, while continuing to develop within the area.
About the Role: Teledyne FLIR is looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in C++ and Embedded Linux to join our cutting-edge team. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing our advanced sensing technologies, such as thermal imaging and video analytics, that serve a variety of industries.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop robust, high-performance software in C++ for our embedded Linux systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Contribute to key projects in areas such as thermal imaging, measurement and diagnostics, and threat detection systems.
- Lead a small team of developers to ensure project success, while also working independently when needed.
Skills Required:
- C++: High proficiency
- Embedded Linux: High proficiency
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Basic knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
