Technology Evaluation</strong> <ul> <li> <div class="s4">Regularly assess the effectiveness of current accounting processes and technologies, recommending new or updated tools to streamline workflows, improve automation, and meet evolving business needs.</div> </li> <li> <div class="s4">Evaluate current clients to identify possible ways to improve automation and/or efficiency</div> </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Cross-Function Collaboration</strong> <ul> <li>Continue working closely with other teams to ensure successful implementations and seamless integration of solutions into clients’ existing systems.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Problem Solving &amp; Issue Resolution</strong>&nbsp; <ul> <li> <div class="s4">Take a proactive approach in identifying potential issues during the implementation process.</div> </li> <li> <div class="s4">Develop solutions and work closely with clients and internal teams to address and resolve any challenges.</div> </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Client Onboarding &amp; Training</strong>&nbsp; <ul> <li>Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they successfully transition to new systems and operations.</li> <li>Provide ongoing training and support to internal and client teams to ensure effective adoption and long-term success with implemented solutions.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </div> <h3 class="s3"><span class="s4">Who You Are</span></h3> <p class="s3"><span class="s2">The ideal candidate will have</span><span class="s2">:</span></p> <ul> <li class="s3"> <div class="s4">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.</div> </li> <li class="s3"> <div class="s4">Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions implementation, project management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role focused on accounting solutions.</div> </li> <li class="s3"> <div class="s4">Strong expertise in accounting processes, financial systems, and automation tools (e.g., ERP systems, cloud-based accounting platforms).</div> </li> <li class="s3"> <div class="s4">Demonstrated success in managing technology integrations and process optimization within an accounting environment.</div> </li> <li class="s3"> <div class="s4">Advanced project management skills, including experience with<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>related PM<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>tools.</div> </li> <li class="s3"> <div class="s4">Ability to analyze and optimize accounting workflows, integrating automation and efficiency improvements.</div> </li> <li class="s3"> <div class="s4">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</div> </li> <li class="s3"> <div class="s4">Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with an ability to resolve complex implementation challenges.</div> </li> <li class="s3"> <div class="s4">Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting client needs in a fast-paced environment.</div> </li> <li class="s3"> <div class="s4">Desire to stay updated on new industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving accounting best practices.</div> </li> <li class="s3">Proficiency in: <ul> <li class="s3">Bill.com</li> <li class="s3">Intactt</li> <li class="s3">&amp;
