LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach.&nbsp;</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As a Calibration Coordinator working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our Calibration Team based in Cork</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for scheduling all vendors on / off site</li> <li>Dealing with all third-party vendors</li> <li>Complete all assigned work orders on CMMS on time and in a compliant manner</li> <li>Responsible for shipping/receiving for the calibration department</li> <li>Preparing release records as requested through the CMRS process</li> <li>POC for LW internal audits</li> <li>Complete all SLMS and training requirements on time</li> <li>Responsible for shipping/ receiving for the calibration department</li> <li>Preparing release records</li> <li>Handle quotes and oversee logistics to ensure timely equipment delivery.</li> <li>Manage calibration certification and associated documentation.</li> <li>Generate purchase orders (POs) as needed for calibration activities.</li> <li>Maintain specified stock levels of spare parts.</li> <li>Attend meetings and provide status updates on calibration schedules.</li> <li>Organize and maintain documentation in compliance with GAMP and FDA standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with utilities teams as required to facilitate calibration activities.</li> <li>Develop and implement systems for scheduling and documenting calibration performance.</li> <li>Participate in basic calibration activities.</li> <li>Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to EHSQ and Quality standards.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects.</li> <li>Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Calibration and &nbsp;Calibration Systems.</li> <li>Proficiency in computer operating systems and applications, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Attention to detail is a must.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Education / Licenses / Certifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relevant degree preferred but not essential</li> <li>1-2yrs experience in similar type role</li> <li>Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>VHI Healthcare Cover</li> <li>Life Assurance</li> <li>Pension Contribution</li> <li>Training And Educational Assistance</li> <li>Annual GP Check-Up</li> <li>Extra Annual Leave</li> <li>Healthcare Screening</li> <li>Recognition Rewards</li> </ul> <p>#LI-DNP</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>LotusWorks is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
