<p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>As a Campaign Management Executive, you will support the planning and execution of influencer and content marketing campaigns across a portfolio of global brands. You will work closely with internal teams and partners to help deliver high-quality campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and accurate reporting.<br>This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and content, and is eager to build hands-on experience in campaign management within a fast-paced agency environment.</p>
<p><strong>In this role, your goals will be:</strong></p>
<p><strong>In 3 Months:</strong><br>Gain a solid understanding of key clients, campaign processes, and internal tools. Support ongoing campaigns and day-to-day coordination tasks.</p>
<p><strong>In 6 Months:</strong><br>Handle campaign execution more independently, build working relationships with KOLs and internal teams, and contribute to campaign reporting.</p>
<p><strong>In 12 Months:</strong><br>Take ownership of smaller campaigns or key workstreams, demonstrating strong execution, coordination, and basic strategic thinking.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities of the role:</strong></p>
<p>1. Campaign Planning & Support</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in developing campaign plans aligned with client objectives.</li>
<li>Support in preparing timelines, content calendars, and campaign trackers.</li>
<li>Help identify suitable platforms and basic content approaches based on campaign goals.</li>
</ul>
<p>2. KOL Research & Coordination</p>
<ul>
<li>Support KOL sourcing based on campaign requirements and target audience.</li>
<li>Help evaluate KOL profiles using basic performance metrics and brand fit.</li>
<li>Coordinate outreach, communication, and follow-ups with KOLs and agencies.</li>
</ul>
<p>3. Briefing & Content Support</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing campaign briefs and sharing guidelines with KOLs.</li>
<li>Coordinate content submission, reviews, and approvals.</li>
<li>Ensure content meets client requirements and timelines.</li>
</ul>
<p>4. Execution & Coordination</p>
<ul>
<li>Support end-to-end campaign execution across multiple KOLs and platforms.</li>
<li>Track deliverables and ensure all parties meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal teams (media, social, PR) for campaign alignment.</li>
</ul>
<p>5. Reporting & Analysis</p>
<ul>
<li>Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, basic KPIs).</li>
<li>Compile campaign reports and dashboards.</li>
<li>Highlight key learnings and support optimization suggestions.</li>
</ul>
<p>6. Learning & Innovation</p>
<ul>
<li>Stay updated on social media and influencer trends.</li>
<li>Support the team in exploring new content formats or KOL opportunities.</li>
<li>Contribute ideas during team discussions and campaign planning.</li>
</ul>
<p><br>Skills and Experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or advertising (internships are acceptable).</li>
<li>Strong passion for social media, content, and KOL trends.</li>
<li>Good organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.</li>
<li>Clear and professional communication in English (Thai is a plus).</li>
<li>Team player with a proactive and can-do attitude.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with data and learning performance metrics.</li>
<li>Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.</li>
</ul>
