As a <strong>Campaign Manager</strong>, you’ll be at the heart of our customer marketing and weekly campaigns - from product launches to Christmas promotions. Your job? Telling the right story, in the right place, at the right time.</p> <p>You’ll run end-to-end campaigns, set up and monitor communications, drive engagement through creative activations, and use data to boost impact. Whether it’s testing new ideas or pushing weekly sales, you’ll help grow our customer base and keep them coming back.</p> <h2><strong>Tricks of the trade</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Plan and execute 360 campaigns:</strong> Develop and manage cross-channel campaigns to create cohesive and engaging customer experiences like our Christmas campaign.</li> <li><strong>Set up and monitor communications:</strong> Create and oversee creation and delivery of newsletters, push notifications, and other weekly and daily communications to keep customers informed and drive visits to our app.</li> <li><strong>Highlight features and assortment:</strong> Communicate the value of Picnic’s features and product range to inspire and inform customers.</li> <li><strong>A/B testing:</strong> Perform experiments to optimize communication strategies and improve campaign performance.</li> <li><strong>Boost weekly sales:</strong> Set up and execute targeted sales pushes to drive extra demand and meet business goals.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate across teams:</strong> Work closely with analysts, creatives, and other Picnic teams to ensure campaigns deliver maximum impact.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your superpowers</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>You have a Master’s degree</strong> in Marketing Management, Marketing Intelligence, Business, Communication Science, or a related field.</li> <li>You bring <strong>1-2 years of experience</strong> in marketing or a similar role.</li> <li>You have a <strong>sharp eye for detail </strong>and take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.</li> <li>You’re great at <strong>multitasking </strong>and keeping cool under tight deadlines.</li> <li>You’re both a <strong>creative thinker and a data lover -</strong>&nbsp;turning insights into action comes naturally to you.</li> <li>You speak and write<strong> fluently in both Dutch and English.</strong></li> <li><strong>You’re confident working in Excel </strong>and comfortable making decisions based on large datasets.</li> <li>Experience with marketing automation tools like Selligent or Braze is a big plus.</li> </ul> <h2>Picnic perks</h2> <p><strong>🥗Fresh Lunch, coffee, and snacks</strong></p> <p>Our offices are equipped with fully-fledged coffee bars and a kitchen and chefs.
