Campus Coordinator

<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p> <p>The <strong>Campus Coordinator</strong> at Christ Fellowship’s Boynton Beach Location provides administrative and ministerial coordination support to the campus. You are outgoing, logistically strong, and passionate about checklists. You exemplify our core value ‘Passion For People’ to the fullest. This is a full-time salary (exempt) position reporting to the Campus Pastor, including work on weekends and some nights.</p> <p><strong>JOB DUTIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Multiply volunteer teams by building relationships with and supporting their team leaders. These teams include, but not necessarily limited to:</li> <ul> <li>Welcome Teams - Greeters, Traffic, Ushers, Logistics, Service Coordinators</li> <li>Connection Teams - Section Hosts, Information Center, Next Steps, Data Entry</li> <li>Operations Team - EMS Medical Team, POINT Security, Contributions</li> </ul> <li>Fully supporting these volunteer teams by resourcing them with materials, technology, training, moral encouragement, and your illuminating smile.</li> <li>Continually cultivating (alongside our campus pastor) our relationships with multiple Palm Beach County Organizations (School District, Sheriff’s Office, Palm Beach County, etc.).</li> <li>Reconcile monthly departmental expenses.</li> <li>Manage all logistical aspects of campus events (i.e. Easter/Christmas, 4th Saturday Serve).</li> <li>Upkeep the look and feel of the campus environments – channel your favorite inner HGTV design show.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s degree is preferred.</p> <p><strong>RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in leading and developing staff and volunteers.</li> <li>Exceptionally organized with an operational and administrative mind – we run on checklists and deadlines.</li> <li>Strong communication abilities with a high capacity for prioritizing – we work at warp speeds.</li> <li>Someone with an eye for details and the capacity to see the big picture – creativity, collaboration and innovation are key.</li> </ul> <p><strong>JOB SPECS:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Classification: Full-time, Salary (Exempt)</p> <p>Reporting to: Campus Pastor</p>
