Our team constantly seeks new opportunities, analyzes their risks and rewards, and creates strategies and tools to capitalize on them.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">We have an open culture and encourage the flow of knowledge and ideas between all areas of the firm.</span></p></div><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>About the Job</strong></span></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">● Work closely with campus leads to help screen and interview candidates to hire intern and new<br>graduate classes<br>● Represent Five Rings in leading on-campus events and initiatives, such as career fairs,<br>information sessions, and coffee chats<br>● Assist in building out and running early identification programs<br>● Conduct internship midpoint and final check-ins<br>● Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships with senior management<br>● Collaborate with different members of the Recruiting team on various projects and improve<br>processes where needed</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">● Bachelor’s degree<br>● 2 - 4 years as a recruitment coordinator or recruiter, ideally on a campus team<br>● Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and<br>proactively identify solutions without needing constant direction<br>● Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment<br>● Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br>● Strong organizational and project management skills<br>● Ability to confidently interact with all levels of management<br>● Demonstrate good judgment and a positive attitude<br>● Maintain strict confidentiality of data and information<br>● Effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks<br>● Experience working both independently and collaboratively</p> <p>Annual Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000. Base salary does not include discretionary bonus, if eligible, or benefits.</p>
