<h2><strong>Drive the volume hiring of Campus Managers at a fast-growing American Start-up!</strong></h2> <p>Fresh Prints is a New York City-based custom apparel start-up. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.</p> <p>We have 500+ students who will do over $20 million in sales over the next 12 months. Your job is to help Fresh Prints find more incredible students who drive revenue. You’ll do this by working directly on converting leads into Campus Managers.</p> <ul> <li>How do we get more Campus Managers?</li> <li>How do we create a process that helps us source, qualify, and convert talented students into Campus Managers at a fast rate?</li> <li>How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints?</li> </ul> <p>As a Campus Recruiter, you will tackle those questions and many more. You’ll do that by directly working with our Recruiting Team Manager, whom you'll report to.</p> <p>We’re looking for someone who is willing to take ownership, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is proactive. The ideal candidate should have great people skills and some sales/recruiting experience. This job is 40% recruiting skills and 60% sales and communication skills, so if you have a knack for sales and love recruiting, this is the perfect job for you.</p> <p>One of our most consequential and high-value growth avenues is recruiting more student entrepreneurs who sell apparel. You'll directly be responsible for that.</p> <p>Needless to say, you’ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. This is the perfect role for someone early on in their Recruiting/Sales/Growth careers. You’ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, develop professionally, and have a big impact.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes, while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals.</li> <li>Promoting and marketing the CM job through outbound recruiting campaigns, including calls, emails, texts, etc.</li> <li>Screen potential CM candidates.</li> <li>Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.</li> <li>Work with our Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.</li> <li>Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.</li> <li>Coordinate with our interview &amp; training teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent</li> <li>Fluency in English is a must</li> <li>Great interpersonal and people skills</li> <li>LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred</li> <li>1+ years of High volume recruiting experience</li> <li>1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Detail-oriented and meticulous with work</li> <li>Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactive&nbsp;</li> <li>In love with challenges &amp; solving problems</li> <li>Goal-oriented, ambitious, dedicated to a long-term vision</li> <li>Thrives in a target driven environment</li> <li>Open to change</li> <li>Calm under pressure</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive Monthly Salary of $750</li> <li>Learning Opportunities</li> <li>Working in a great culture</li> </ul> <p><strong>Details:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This is a WFH role and could be based anywhere in India.</li> <li>Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>This is 3-month contract role with a possibility to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Fresh Prints is an equal employment opportunity employer and promotes diversity; actively encouraging people of all backgrounds, ages, LGBTQ+, and those with disabilities to apply.&nbsp;</em></strong></p>
