Capability Developer, Western Bay of Plenty

 

• Full-time, fixed term or secondment opportunity to 30 June 2027
• Salary range: $79,200 – $95,873 (starting rate depends on skills and experience)

 

Grow capability, lift performance, strengthen client service

 

This is a regional position, so you’ll need the flexibility to work across multiple sites within the Western Bay of Plenty region. The specific home base will be confirmed with the preferred candidate following interviews, with travel across the region as required.
