<p> We are seeking a Capacity Sales Representative to support our Account Managers. This individual will be responsible for providing assistance through maintaining developed business relationships. Responsibilities will include: negotiating rates and schedules, working together to implement time and cost-saving innovations, providing technology and data to carriers to ensure all parties are on the same page, and working hand in hand with carriers to provide outstanding service to customers.</p>

<h3><strong> Responsibilities</strong>:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build relationships with customers, agents and other team members</li>
<li>Research load information</li>
<li>Report client requests</li>
<li>Ensure shipping carrier requirements and regulations are met</li>
<li>Negotiate price and cost of carrier services</li>
<li>Update service-level reports and provide analysis on results</li>
<li>Escalate ongoing performance issues to Carrier Relations Manager</li>

<h3>Requirements:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ability to build strong inter-professional relationships</li>
<li>Experience working with carriers and operational knowledge in telecommunications</li>
<li>Experience in analyzing data and communicating information to the appropriate party</li>
<li>Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple projects and issues at the same time in a fast-paced changing environment</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of previous professional work experience</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office products</li>
