<p>We are supporting a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project. The platform is purpose-built for the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, with a strong focus on institutional adoption.</p> <p>The team is building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner. With deep RWA domain expertise and strong technical execution, the team is developing institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure and a comprehensive decentralized ecosystem designed to support large-scale, real-world asset adoption.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Distribute on-chain vault products and tokenized RWA offerings to HNWI, family offices, and institutional investors.</li> <li>Originate and manage capital pipelines, from investor introductions through allocation and repeat investments</li> <li>Present vault structures, yield sources, risk profiles, liquidity terms, and on-chain settlement clearly to sophisticated LPs.</li> <li>Drive AUM growth through direct sales, referrals, and strategic introducers.</li> <li>Maintain long-term LP relationships and support post-investment communication and follow-ups.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding, reporting, and ongoing LP needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in investment sales, capital raising, or institutional/VIP BD within traditional finance or crypto.</li> <li>Existing LP network across HNWI, family offices, private banks, allocators, or crypto funds.</li> <li>Proven ability to raise capital or sell investment products, with a results-oriented track record.</li> <li>Strong understanding of yield products, fixed income, funds, or structured investments.</li> <li>Highly self-motivated, independent, and performance-driven.</li> <li>Familiarity with crypto, on-chain products, or digital assets is a strong plus.</li> </ul>
