This role is an integral part of a division that has successfully issued over $40B in Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS) transactions, and will focus on managing those securitizations and forward flows through their post-closing lifecycle.</p> <p>The successful candidate will take ownership of the timely delivery of weekly and monthly investor reports across a diverse portfolio of financial vehicles, including traditional ABS, pass-throughs, revolving deals, and forward flows. This is a highly collaborative role requiring comfortable navigation of a fast-paced fintech environment, offering excellent exposure to executive management and opportunities to scale alongside a burgeoning global company.</p> <p>This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a strong interest or background in structured finance reporting, process optimization, and cross-functional operations.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Investor Reporting &amp; Deal Management</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Review and assist in the compilation of weekly and monthly investor reports within strict timeframes</li> <li>Manage ongoing trustee communication and partner reconciliations</li> <li>Assist the Capital Markets Deal Team in marketing and closing securitizations by summarizing loan-level data into comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Onboarding</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Partnerships, Treasury, Finance, Deployment, Risk, and the OCEO to support special projects impacting company-wide priorities</li> <li>Collaborate with Partnerships and the Capital Markets Deal Team to successfully onboard new partners and asset classes</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Process Optimization &amp; Operational Excellence</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Identify high-impact opportunities to streamline and automate reporting workflows utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency</li> <li>Develop new processes and enhance existing procedures to ensure scalability while generating and maintaining up-to-date documentation</li> <li>Analyze, resolve, and communicate complex operational issues and resolutions in a sound and timely manner</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience, or a highly demonstrated interest, in financial operations, accounting, trustee services, investor reporting, or treasury</li> <li>Proven exposure to asset-backed securitizations (ABS), forward flows, and/or structured finance preferred</li> <li>Advanced Excel knowledge is required, with a track record of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing assignments effectively</li> <li>Experience building or working with Python scripts and SQL queries, or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn them</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with sharp attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><em>The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.&nbsp;</em></p> <p><em>Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.</em></p></div><div class="title">Compensation Range for New York Based Hires</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$90,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$125,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Our Team</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pagaya was founded in 2016 by seasoned research, finance, and technology entrepreneurs with our head quarters located in NYC and Tel Aviv.&nbsp;<br></span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We move fast and smart, identifying new opportunities and building end-to-end solutions from AI models and unique data sources.
