Emphasis is placed on robust risk management, on-chain transparency, legal structuring, and credit enhancement to meet the standards of traditional financial institutions.</p> <p>They are looking for a Capital Raising person to drive capital-side growth by building strategic partnerships and unlocking new funding or distribution opportunities. This role leverages deep industry relationships, strong negotiation skills, and market insight to secure long-term collaborations with financial institutions, funds, and key ecosystem partners.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive capital-side business development and resource acquisition for the company.</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, advancing collaboration initiatives.</li> <li>Track industry developments and identify new partnership opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of BD experience in the financial industry or capital-related roles.</li> <li>Strong network and proven ability in market expansion and partnership development.</li> <li>Excellent negotiation skills, able to operate effectively in complex business environments.</li> </ul>
