The Role

Holter Analysis & Reporting 

  • Analyse, review, and process Holter monitor recordings for the Singapore region.
  • Utilise CardioScan's cloud-based platform, BeatBox, to review, allocate, and report on Holter studies.
  • Prepare accurate, concise, and clinically sound reports with a high level of attention to detail.


Clinical Operations & Service Delivery

  • Manage workload effectively to ensure customer SLA turnaround times are consistently achieved.
  • Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes and clinical protocols.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.


Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with leading cardiologists, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to support patient outcomes.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues across multiple regions.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment while working independently when required.
  • Support knowledge sharing and best-practice approaches within the clinical team.

About you

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Holter analysis within the cardiac industry
  • Qualified with an Associate Diploma or equivalent Science degree; CCT certification advantageous
  • Solid understanding of cardiac terminology, related technologies, and reporting
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator who connects well with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively to meet KPIs and team objectives
  • Ready to trade hospital shift work for a stable, balanced professional environment
