Position Summary:Supports the Office Manager in the overall administration and coordination of one or more practice locations, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality patient service.

 

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations, inventory, staff support, oversee providers schedules.
• Serve as backup to the Office Manager and support departmental decisions and initiatives.
• Ensure adequate staffing and assist with staff training, coaching, and onboarding.
• Oversee front-office functions, including call management, scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, and data entry (EPIC).
• Collect and manage patient demographic, financial, and insurance information.
• Perform appointment reconciliation
• Maintain records, files, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate updates, policy changes, and operational information to staff and providers.
• Participate in staff meetings and support special initiatives and performance improvement efforts.
• Provide culturally competent service and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of medical office experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing operations across multiple locations preferred but not required
• EPIC EHR experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Posted Salary Range

USD $29.38 - USD $36.73 /Hr.
