About the role
Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu / MOA Pasay)
Function: Training
Required Educational Attainment:
- With minimum of 2 years of College Education (No back subjects)
Required Experience:
- At least 2 years of tenure in the BPO industry
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer, QA, or SME
Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute annual business strategies for the CARE Team that align with the overarching goals of the unit.
- Lead the design, development, and rollout of a robust CARE Team framework and associated processes and tools that proactively meet the language, cultural, industry, and transaction management needs of Operations.
- Effectively convey the mission and activities of the CARE Team to both Clients and Operations/Support Groups.
- Champion the ongoing enhancement of the CARE Team’s Programs by leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analyses of set objectives, performance outcomes, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for newly-promoted team members.
