In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(224, 62, 45);"><strong>No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual.</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)</li> <li>Support activities of daily living (ADLs)</li> <li>Perform light housekeeping and laundry</li> <li>Prepare meals and assist with feeding</li> <li>Provide mobility assistance and transfers</li> <li>Offer medication reminders</li> <li>Assist with range-of-motion exercises</li> <li>Provide companionship and emotional support</li> <li>Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li> <li>Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others</li> <li>Ability to travel to client homes as assigned</li> <li>Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay: $25/hour + mileage reimbursement</li> <li>Additional $2/hour for holiday shifts</li> <li>$500 referral bonus</li> <li>Ability to earn paid time off</li> <li>Flexible scheduling</li> <li>Assignments close to home</li> <li>Direct deposit</li> <li>PPE provided</li> <li>24/7 clinical and on-call support</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Work with BAYADA?</strong></p> <p>BAYADA is a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality care that allows clients to live independently at home.
