<p><strong>Part Time Caregiver – Port Chester, NY</strong></p>
<p>A family in Port Chester, NY 10573 is seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to support a senior married couple in their home 3 times a week.</p>
<p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Start Date: Asap</li>
<li>Monday, Wednesday, Friday</li>
<li>10:00 AM–2:00 PM (4 hours per day)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Family Specifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Smoke free home</li>
<li>1 dog in the home</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Medication reminders specifically for the husband</li>
<li>Support and supervision with Alzheimer’s specifically for the wife</li>
<li>Companionship and engagement </li>
<li>Light housekeeping and tidying</li>
<li>Meal preparation *optional </li>
<li>Occasional transportation to and from doctor's appointments</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous caregiving experience required</li>
<li>Experience caring for those with Dementia/Alzheimer's required </li>
<li>Must be able to reliably commute, Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for out outings required </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>First Aid/CPR certifications</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>$20 -$22 per hour</li>
</ul>
