<p><strong>Senior Caregiver – Rogers, AR </strong></p>
<p>A family in Rogers, AR 72756 is seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Senior Caregiver to provide care for their aging loved one, who has dementia. </p>
<p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monday-Friday</li>
<li>3 hour shifts, mid morning preferred</li>
<li>Somewhat flexible schedule</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Family Environment:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Smoke-free home</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring medicine is taken</li>
<li>Companionship and socialization</li>
<li>Transportation to activities or appointments (all within 15 miles of clients home)</li>
<li>Light meal prep</li>
<li>Light housekeeping and laundry</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, nurturing, and smoke-free environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 1 year of experience working with memory care clients</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>$20-23 per hour (commensurate with experience)</li>
</ul>
