Overview

Christian Care Fellowship Square of Mesa is looking for a Caregiver Supervisor. The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.

 

The purpose of this position is to provide supervision of Certified Caregivers who provide a broad range of services to the residents in our Assisted Living facility. This position is considered a "working" supervisor as the supervisor is required to perform regular caregiver duties in addition to supervisory responsibilities. 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and administer prescribed medications to patients.
  • Maintain medical records.
  • Perform welfare checks on patients.
  • Orders and completes medication records.
  • Provide physical assistance, laundry, bedding, and light housekeeping.
  • Partner with other associates to ensure safety and well-being.
  • A Positive can-do attitude.
  • Compassion to communicate well and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Arizona Caregiver certification required from an approved agency or company will pay for Caregiving certification.
  • Background check, DPS Fingerprint Card, Current TB test, Food Handlers Card, and pass drug screening.
  • Must have current Adult CPR and Basic First Aid Training.
  • Minimum of HS diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an assisted living setting with minimum of 1-year supervisory experience. 
  • The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 100lbs.
