Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials using various hand and power tools.
- Construct, install, and repair wooden frameworks, floors, walls, cabinetry, and other fixtures.
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor and heavy materials.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to work at different job sites as required.
