Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand job requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials using hand and power tools.
- Construct, install, and repair frameworks, walls, flooring, and cabinetry.
- Maintain adherence to safety procedures and keep the work environment organized and clean.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
- Good understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to different job sites as needed.
