We focus on long-term relationships, impeccable attention to detail, and meticulous tracking to deliver reliably, on-time solutions while maintaining the highest standards of transparency and trust in every interaction.<br><br>As a Carrier Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new and existing carrier partners to service our customers with a high level of transparency and attention to detail. The Carrier Sales Representative will be a strong relationship builder, determined to elevate service and leverage market conditions and carrier partnerships to achieve the long term financial goals of Logan Premium.<br><br>This role is fully onsite in our Burr Ridge, IL office.<br><br>Compensation for this role is a combination of salary plus commission for every load you book- no draw.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong></span></p>

<li>Use digital platforms to source new and existing carrier partners for high volume lanes.</li>
<li>Negotiate with carrier partners to enhance margin and achieve financial goals.</li>
<li>Track active loads to ensure on time pick up and delivery.</li>
<li>Resolve in-transit issues by working cross functionally across departments.</li>
<li>Communicate with teammates and carrier partners to service our customers effectively and catch issues before they arise. <br><br></li>

<p><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong></p>

<li>A minimum of 1-2 years of carrier sales experience.</li>
<li>Dispatchers must be highly motivated to learn and transition into brokerage.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to maintain a high volume of load count and carrier management.</li>
<li>Experience in McLeod is a huge plus.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work both as a team and an individual contributor.</li>
