You will be eligible to earn a monthly bonus, in addition to your base salary, in your first full calendar month and enjoy working in a fast-paced, sales environment.</p> <p><strong>What the Candidate Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish relationships, negotiate, and develop carriers regularly via phone and email in order to develop core and dedicated carriers specific to Uber Freights chemical accounts</li> <li>Ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels where freight is picked up and delivered on time using safe, reliable carriers</li> <li>Meet or exceed team financial and individual performance goals</li> <li>Develop knowledge of carrier supply and demand, spot market pricing, and factors that impact freight markets</li> <li>Carrier profile management- learn carrier requirements, needs, contacts and update carrier profiles regularly.
