As a Case Consultant, you will be the first voice our clients hear when they reach out for help — often in the midst of challenging and emotionally charged circumstances. You will provide reassurance, guidance, and a steady presence from the very first point of contact.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]"><em>The Case Control Center operates 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are seeking individuals with open availability who are flexible and willing to work shifts within our operational hours, including weekends.</em></p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">If you are driven by compassion, thrive in a people-first environment, and are looking for a career that is as rewarding as it is impactful — we want to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <ul> <li>$18.00 per hour</li> <li>$250 Sign-On Bonus (awarded after 90 days of employment)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients calling into the firm, conducting consultations to assess how we can best support their needs.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Gather and accurately document information pertaining to potential cases.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate callbacks with prospective clients.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Distribute and collect signed retainer agreements via email and text.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Manage a combination of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, respectful, and solutions-oriented manner.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">High school diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong critical thinking and comprehension skills, with the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM while navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities with composure.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A collaborative team player who is equally effective and self-motivated when working independently.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Consistently reliable, dependable, and accountable.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-EZ1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Morgan &amp; Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
