This includes individual and family case management services to enhance engagement in treatment, facilitating educational and skill development groups in collaboration with the clinical team, and overseeing admission, aftercare/discharge planning, and coordination with external providers.</p> <p><strong>Shift:</strong> Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm</p> <p><strong>Pay:</strong> $15.50 - $17/hr</p> <p></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Why work with us?&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Career Opportunities!
